The article goes on to summarize some of the research featuring Rhodiola's positive impact on students during exams, physicians on night call, and cadets pulling night duty. Dr. Richard Brown of Columbia University (who used it with 300 patients) says, "When you see how it works (referring to its impact on cortisol, brain chemicals and ATP), the effects make sense. It has no side effects that we've noticed, only side benefits." The article points out that the quality of the product is critical and that you should look for Rhodiola rosea, not Rodiola sacra or any other species. It also notes that a one-month supply of "rhodiola only" could cost between $20-$50. Ms. Underwood closed the article with a quote from Liz Sterling, a radio host from Boca Raton, Fla. Conference Call and Diamond Trip Update
Dear Bigdoggpinc.vitamark.com,
First let me say, "I WISH YOU WERE HERE!"
The truth is we are having a wonderful time, but it would be better if you were along.
We left Belgium today, that is one fun country with a ton of cool stuff to see and do. We cruised the canals, took horse and buggy rides, ate, and ate and ate. The hotel we stayed in was one of the finest in Brugge.
Today we journeyed south into France and are spending the night at the historic Churchill Hotel in Bayeux-Normandie France. We ate supper tonight as a group, and tomorrow we are off to see some of the most famous sights of this region.
Before I forget; just a reminder that we will not be having a Cornerstone Wealth Call or Team Call tonight.
I may have the ability to announce a Team Call on short notice once we get to Paris, so watch your email for a special announcement.
